Derived from vines planted in the lieu-dit La Côte on marl, granite and clay-limestone soils, the 2022 Saint-Péray Fleur de Crussol unfurls from the glass with notes of almonds, white flowers, spring blossoms, spices and honey aromas complemented with a lovely oaky profile. Medium to full-bodied, layered and harmonious, with a cool core of fruit framed by racy acids and beautiful gastronomic bitterness that segue to a racy, long and saline finish. Matured for 18 months, it's crafted from the estate’s oldest vines, which are 80 to 90 years old.
