Tasting Notes
Refined, poised expression of Listán Blanco, with a Burgundian elegance but also extraordinary sense of place. Inviting nose of flint, linden, chamomile and pear. The palate follows with a powdery softness, supported by a fine, mineral acidity. The core of white peach, pear and yellow apple is drenched in white grapefruit juice and framed by fleshy blanched almonds and hay. Great potential to develop in bottle.
