Tasting Notes
The 2022 Brut Rosat was produced with a blend of indigenous grapes, 49% Trepat, 21% Sumoll, 17% Garnacha and 13% Xarel.lo, and has some 6.9 grams of sugar. It has a pale color, almost like a blanc de noirs, and a subtle and clean nose, without terrible complexity but very pleasant and going beyond the stereotype of a rosé with some camphor and Mediterranean notes. It spent 24 months in bottle and was disgorged in January 2025. 10,778 bottles were produced.
