The 2022 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru has a more flinty bouquet than the Mont de Milieu, a little stern at first, then opening with hints of almond and Paris Bresse. The palate is medium-bodied with fine delineation, impressive weight and density, very cohesive and poised towards the finish. This is a very impressive, very delicious Fourchaume.
