The NV Brut Rosé Classique L'Ormarins has a lovely nose of red cherries and fish scale aromas, focused and quite sophisticated. The palate is well defined, with a brisk, citric entry, and quite peachy in style. A hint of spice appears on the finish. This is excellent value for money.
