The 2023 Rosé Cinsault is a pliant, joyful, ripe style of Rosé that wears its heart on its sleeve. Apricot, pineapple and limestone-derived minerality coast across the palate. Partial malolactic fermentation and aging for three months on fine lees yielded a nice creamy roundness here, counterbalancing the wine's natural citrusy nerve and steeliness. 2023 is a testament to the expressiveness that can derive from old-vine Cinsault. - Billy Norris
