The salmon-hued 2023 Rosé deftly balances ripe tropical and citrus fruit with juicy acidity, grip and inner sweetness. Bruléed grapefruit, papaya, pineapple and rosemary flesh out beautifully, evolving and gaining complexity with time in the glass. There's a lot of stuffing here.
