Black as a moonless night, the 2019 La Tyre bursts with expressive dark fruits, raspberry, licorice and wood smoke. Iodine traces add lovely ferrous gradations. Bold and concentrated, the 2019 is a full-bodied elixir targeting power-seeking hedonists. Boatloads of fine-grained tannins provide a massive structure, but the sweet-tasting fruit can easily keep up. Patience will be rewarded.
