The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Ghost Corner Wild Ferment includes 20% whole bunches and matured in barrel for 14 months. It has a fresh nose with freshly sliced pear, asparagus, bell pepper and nettle. The wild ferment side is kept under a tight leash compared to its peers. The palate is well-balanced with a vibrant, lively, focused entry, with an attractive underlying pepperiness driving the finish. Very fine.
