Made with Nerello Mascalese and a small part Nerello Cappuccio, the organic I Custodi 2021 Etna Rosato Alnus shows a bright pink color with light shades of ruby and amber. The wine has a slightly macerated bouquet with cherry skin and almond that give it more fruit weight for sure and additional texture. You could drink this bottle with a fatty fish or one baked with sauce, cream or butter. It concludes with pretty freshness and a dusty mineral note.
