Tasting Notes
Enticing aromas of blackberry bush at first – just like smelling your hands after you’ve been blackberry picking. With air, eucalyptus and sea-urchin-like notes creep in and it’s these that go on to characterize the medium- to full-bodied palate, building through the finish. Fine, lightly firm tannins. Very savory at the end. A bit raw, but interesting. Drink now.
