The 2019 Pinot Noir Cote Est Pinot Noir is from the cooler eastern-facing blocks of the Le Cadeau Vineyard and was raised for 11 months in 38% new French oak. It is expressive with the perfume of lavender, cinnamon, and sweet cherry. The spicy perfume continues on the palate, with notes of dried raspberry and herbs, medium body, and fine tannins. Drink 2022-2028.
