Tasting Notes
The flagship wine here is the 2015 Syrah, a very pure, clean, varietal and defined example of how the grape can develop in Cachapoal. It's a little reticent and took some time to unfurl the varietal aromas of smoky bacon, violets and tar, always in a harmonious and elegant way. A great Syrah, with good freshness in a warmer vintage. I look forward to tasting the 2016 next time. 3,350 bottles were filled in July 2017.
