Tasting Notes
This full-bodied, 80/20 blend of Grenache and Syrah highlights crisp raspberry and red-cherry flavors accented by whispers of violet and crushed earth. Sourced from clay-limestone soils at altitudes approaching 1,150 feet, it conveys a freshness of acidity and salty tang of minerality throughout. Tannins are still firm but fine grained. A bit nervous in youth, it should improve through 2027 at least.
