Tasting Note

Of a pale litchi pink color, its pristine nose offers fleshy pomelo entwined with strawberry and redcurrant jelly, some blossomy notes of peony. Dry and crispy its elevated juicy acidity combined with a light, satin- like texture gives a digest feeling supported by a nice bitter crunch on the finish. The fruit is fresh, evoking cranberries, raspberries, and especially pink grapefruit with a nice zesty, spicy twist. Can keep within 1-2 years.
