Marcel's classic "basic" method, obtained by mixing Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes from 24 different plots. Twenty-two months in yeast, degorged 10/2019. Soft nose of flowers and fruits. Fine and persistent pearlage. In the mouth, a pleasant verticality, with notes of citrus and green apple. Freshness and elegance combined with ease of drinking.
