Steeped prune, menthol, wild rose and new leather aromas are front and center. It’s full bodied but has a weightless finesse, doling out juicy black plum, fleshy Marasca cherry, licorice and tobacco. Tightly knit velvety tannins provide support, while fresh acidity keeps it fresh and balanced. Drink 2022–2030.
