Tasting Notes
Saturated ruby. A highly fragrant bouquet evokes ripe blue fruits, olive and candied flowers, along with a cracked pepper element. Silky and seamless on the palate, offering animated boysenberry, cherry and floral pastille flavors and a touch of licorice that builds on the back half. The floral note recurs on the persistent finish, which features supple tannins and lingering spiciness. Made with de-stemmed fruit and aged for 10 months in used oak.
