Tasting Notes
Moderately saturated ruby. Aromas and flavors of dark fruit, cedar, graphite and minerals. Clean, fresh and rather politely-styled for a Cabernet Sauvignon from FVG, this finishes long and lively. Refined and offering good mid-palate fat already, but a few years in the cellar will help it expand further. This is really quite good.
