Tasting Notes
Golden-tinged pink. Strawberry, pear, herb and orange scents on the reticent nose. Nicely packed with herb and fruit flavors complicated by orange peel and stony nuances. Finishes saline, taut and long, with a curious iodiney note. This Pinot Grigio is macerated on the skins for 6-8 hours but the wine is very fresh and long.
