Tasting Notes
Harvested a couple of weeks before the pinot noir for red wines, the grapes are destemmed and then they go to the vat. This rosé is the result of the juice that is generated with the natural pressure of the grapes, against each other, in the barrel, about 16,000 liters in total of this delicious rosé, full of fruit flavors and floral notes, in a light body wine and juicy acidity. Take it by boxes to summer vacations.
