A deeper, more serious wine compared to the straight Nisia cuvée, the 2016 Nisia Las Suertes is also 100% Verdejo and spent 12 months sur lie in a mix of French oak puncheons and demi-muids. It offers terrific notes of buttered citrus, pineapple, white flowers, mint, and hints of salty minerality. Vibrant, concentrated, and rich, yet with bright acidity and a great finish, it's a beautifully layered, balanced white that will shine on the table. It's impressive.
