Made from 100% Verdejo, the 2016 Nisia is a vibrant, fresh, racy effort that has a touch citrus rind, flowers, and hints of steely minerality emerging from the glass. It's medium-bodied, balanced and vibrant, with bright acidity and plenty of texture. It's another versatile, high quality, well-made white that's a perfect tapas wine. This cuvée comes all from sandy soils and head pruned vines and was brought up in a mix of barrel and tank.
