The shortest month of the year has arrived, bringing with it the 2022 Winter Olympics, Super Bowl LVI and presumably some other sports-related shenanigans (professional pillow fighting anyone?), but there’s more to February than just athletic endeavour. The second month of the year is all about love and with Valentine’s Day less than two weeks away, it’s time to get sorted. Here’s a little Man of Many Staff Favourites inspiration for you.
Solento Organic Tequila

The award-winning Solento Organic Tequila has finally arrived down under and I was lucky enough to get my hand on two of the bottles last week. As a spirit crafted in incredibly small batches and from a single estate, this is a premium tequila that’s been made to be sipped and savoured rather than shotted. But what does ‘organic’ actually mean? Well, organic spirits must be made without residues that may harm the water, soil, or air. By growing agave without harsh chemical herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers, the resulting tequila is bursting with natural flavours.
The new drop is available in two flavours: Blanco, which is bursting with notes of vanilla and citrus; and Reposado, which is aged in American Oak barrels for nine months giving the tequila hints of caramel and citrus.
