Viticulture

Sauvignon Blanc vines are 14 years old and grow on Paritua's vineyard in the Bridge Pa Triangle district. Deep red gravel soils allowing for good drainage and ripening. Intensive canopy management provides a good balance between varietal herbaceous notes as well as ripe, tropical characters. Machine harvested.

After ferment the wine was left on yeast lees for 3 months. The focus for this wine is on clean varietal flavours, fresh fruit and richness on the palate.
