Cienega Valley AVA
Grapes are sourced from Cienega vineyard, from heritage vines planted in 1954, picked in two lots.
At the winery, grapes are immediately pressed. The juice is fermented in 90% neutral French oak and 10% new on its lees. Partial malolactic fermentation. FSO2: 27ppm
