Vinification

The blend is 80% pinot noir, 20% côt. Immediately after having been harvested, the grapes are pressed slowly in order to extract all the aromatic power. Fermentation occurs via indgenous yeast in cooled stainless steel tanks and then the wine is matured slowly on its fine lees for four months. The wine is fined (bentonite / vegan) and lightly filtered. Total SO2 90mg/l

Tasting Note

The nose expresses white flesh fruits and has a good floral side. The mouthfeel is chiseled from the beginning to the end. A lots of length with minerality. The cuvée delivers a superb richness and is surprisingly generous. Great fresh and elegant Rosé wine!
