Titet and Rigolet, soils are moderately deep with medium texture and moderately thick which gives intensity and red fruit aromas whereas the Marges terroir with its very deep soils bestows freshness and further floral aromas.
Fermentation and a long maceration in stainless steel tanks, a traditional ageing process in new and one use American oak barrels for 10 months and further ageing in the bottle. To age well for 6 years after harvest.
10 months in new 300L American oak barrels + few months bottle aging.
