100% Arneis from different vineyards with varying exposures and elevation from 250-330m. Guyot pruning. The harvest takes place in the second half of September. Grapes are selected, hand-picked and placed in 20 kg crates.
Various vineyards characterised by mixed sandy soils .
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a constant 18° C. No maceration on the skins or malolactic fermentation.
The wine ages in steel for 3 months and then in bottle for 2 months, prior to release.
