Organic practices. Co-fermentation of Tinta de Toro and Grenache in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The young wine grapes are fermented together from the beginning to become more integrated with each other. The wine undergoes complete malolactic fermentation.
Stainless steel aging. No Oak. Unflitered, unfined.
