The fruit is Estate sourced from 30-year-old Guyot-trained vines. The grapes were harvested manually and sustainably for low environmental impact.
Marl and limestone
Grapes are manually sorted, then destemmed partially depending on the vintage. Berries and whole bunch are then transferred into a vat.
Malolactic fermentation happens naturally during barrel aging. Fourteen months of oak barrel aging is followed by two years of bottle aging.

Aromas of red and dark berries follow notes of roasted mocha. The fruit is fresh on the palate with well-integrated tannins and a slightly dry but fresh finish.
