Counoise, Grenache/Garnacha, Syrah/Shiraz
Vines are farmed sustainably and yields are generally under 3 tons/acre.
Each individual fermentation was uninoculated and the blend was made post malolactic completion. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
The final wine aged in 1-3 year old barrels is 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 10% Counoise.
