Exposed south-east face, this soil on marl and limestone soil of the Muschelkalk benefits from a low slope, resulting in a soft maturation and gentle ripening of the grapes.Organically farmed. Methode Traditionelle. The primary wine ferments with indigenous yeast, goes through malo-lactic fermentation, and is aged on the lees in oak barrels for 7 months.
