“Orange wine from Australia. Justin and Pip Jarrett of See-Saw have made cool-climate organic wine for 25 years. And they make all kinds of cool wines from sparkling Chardonnay to skin-contact Gamay and Pinot Noir. And of course, this type of experimentation leads to orange wine. Smelling this blend of skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc and Marsanne is fun. You get a waft of grilled pineapple and a freshly sliced vanilla bean. The palate is refreshing with good acidity. There is some sediment in the bottle but don’t let that scare you, it's just part of the wine.”
