Spontaneously fermented, there was plenty of skin contact and the wine rested on lees for six months, enriching the midpalate and giving phenolic grip on the gentle finish. You can expect some of the characteristic aromas of Sauvignon, including boxwood, as well as fresh peach and woodsmoke. A wonderfully wild and weird midweight with plenty of concentration, richness and precision.”
