“The 2015 Brouilly les Eronnes was 70% destemmed with the remainder going through a 15-day carbonic maceration. It has a very perfumed and floral bouquet that is pure and utterly charming. The palate is sweet and candied on the entry with a luscious, blueberry and macerated red cherry finish laced with orange essence. Lovely!  Drink Date 2017 – 2025"   ”
