“The barrel-fermented white 2021 Mon Amour Balbaína Baja has a more Burgundian profile from the third-use barrels, where the wine fermented and matured with lees for 18 months. It's spicy and creamy with some herbal notes, hints of chalk and sea breeze and a clear salty twist in the finish. It has a combination of characteristics from the grape, place, process and vintage. It has 13% natural alcohol with mellow acidity and a bone-dry finish. 1,799 bottles were filled in July 2023.”
