“2023 was a year marked by 10 days of warm "Levante" wind that influenced the wines. The 2023 Blanco, an unfortified Palomino white, is a little more powerful and concentrated, with 12.5% alcohol and mellow acidity. It has a tender palate and a bitter twist in the finish. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and was bottled unoaked. 22,899 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2024.”
