Terroja 2017
“The white varietal Xarello 2017 Terroja comes from a plot of ancient vines on red soils, which is what "terroja" means in Catalan language. It fermented with indigenous yeasts at low temperature, matured with the lees for eight months and was kept in bottle for six years. It has a balsamic, almost minty nose that is faintly oxidative, with notes of peroxide and a polished palate with a chalky sensation. It has 13% alcohol with a pH of 3.1 and 6.3 grams of acidity. 2,200 bottles. It was bottled in May 2017.”
