Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley 2021
“The XXVII is a perennial contender for a top Washington State Cabernet value. At a lower ABV than many of the wines from the Columbia Valley appellation (13.7%), this wine exhibits nuanced fruit and spice on the nose, with notes of currants and ripe cherry flesh, as well as savoury rosehip oil. Freshly fruited on the palate, with great dusty minerality. Fresh strawberries, black cherries and a distinguishing note of garrigue leading to a savoury finish.”
