“The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Twin Bear (97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Merlot) has a smoky, mulled red and black fruit, and cedar, and dried tobacco-driven bouquet. This carries to a medium to full-bodied, nicely textured, balanced Cabernet with ripe tannins, a layered, seamless mouthfeel, and a great finish. It builds nicely with time in the glass and is going to benefit from 3-4 years in the cellar. I suspect it will have two decades of longevity.”
