“The Bordeaux blend is the 2015 Pursued by Bear, which checks in as 81% Cabernet Sauvignon and 19% Merlot that spent a whopping 32 months in barrel prior to bottling. It's another gem offering classic currant fruit, lots of spicy oak, cedar, and tobacco aromas, full-bodied richness, ultra-fine tannins, and a seamless texture. It's balance and purity stand out, and while it will benefit from 2-4 years or bottle age, I suspect it will keep for 20-25 years.”
