“Very pale pink. Showing an effusive bouquet of rose petals, gardenia, and red berries, this is a good example of Provence rosé. The wine is light and lively with brisk acidity and good depth of flavor on a perfumed palate. It has a crisp, lingering finish. Direct pressing, no maceration. 3 weeks fermentation at 55°F. No malolactic fermentation. 40% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Rolle, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Counoise, 5% Carignan.”
