“The 2015 Barolo Rocche dell’Annunziata is floral and nicely lifted, with plenty of the perfumed, red berry notes that are so typical of this La Morra site. Silky tannins and mid-weight structure add to the wine’s gracious, lifted personality. Andrea Oberto's Barolos typically drink well with minimal cellaring, but the Rocche appears to still be recovering from its bottling a few months ago. I would give it a bit of time in bottle.”
