“We wanted to make a selection of our grapes.' No = Natalie Oliveros. This is a blend of all their three vineyards. Deep lustrous ruby. Huge nose of cherry with gentle, complex oak notes. Rich yet compact and with perfectly integrated acidity. This is big, but not brutal. Long, lush and juicy with a tannic kick on the finish and hints of gingerbread. Youthful sweetness indicates this needs more time in bottle.”
