“The warmer climes of Hawke's Bay provide a Sauvignon Blanc that focuses less on aromatic flamboyancy and more on mouthfeel. This is rich and full-bodied with subtle flavors of pear and citrus. There's plenty of intensity and an appetizing texture that coats the palate on the gently satisfying finish. Typical NZ Sauvignon Blanc it ain't, but it's a decent drop.”
