“The red 2022 Bhilar, a village wine from Elvillar, was produced with grapes from their younger biodynamic vines and is a blend of 75% Tempranillo, 15% Viura and 10% Graciano. It was produced with 20% full clusters that fermented with indigenous yeasts. It matured in 225- and 500-liter French oak barrels for one year. It has 14% alcohol and is balsamic and exotic, with notes of cola nut and other spices and herbs. The palate is juicy and round, with clean and focused flavors and fine tannins. 26,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2023.”
