“Unoaked Chardonnay can be a bit of a curiosity domestically. A few producers, like Morgan, find it to be a fine alternative to the other horses in the stable, so they give it its due attention. This vintage gets at the tropical side of the variety without getting sweet, showing papaya along with pineapple and nectarine.
