The 2016 Saint Joseph Meribets Blanc checks in as a blend of 80% Roussanne and 20% Marsanne brought up in equal parts tank and barrel. White peach, citrus blossom and hints of sautéed apples all emerge from the glass and it's medium-bodied, impeccably balanced and clean on the palate, with a great finish. It's another impressive wine from this team.
