Inky ruby. Pungent black and blue fruits, licorice, vanilla and cola scents are complemented by a smoky
nuance that builds in the glass. Chewy and focused on the palate, offering concentrated bitter cherry and
cassis flavors that are lifted and braced by a spine of juicy acidity. The smoke and cherry notes echo on the
youthfully tannic finish, which shows sharp delineation and strong persistence. For the price point this is quite
a serious wine, and one that will reward some patience.
